| Evelien van den Broek Evelien van den Broek is a composer and performer who studied Film & Television at the University of Amsterdam and Music & Technology at the Utrecht School of Arts. She composes for various media and makes soundperformances and installations with instruments, objects and electronics. As a singer she has performed several new works for voice and live electronics. A fascination for a specific sound or an unusual instrument is often the inspiration for her to make something new. | theatre by Anne Karin ten Bosch and Sanja Mitrovic. She sang in Oproer 1783 (musictheatre) and in Het Nokia Offer (ensemble, tape and video). Works for the stage include Wiegelied (music box & electronics), Tanto de Nada (voice & electronics with duo bang.grab.stutter.) and Mr. Skylight & Mr. Mob (bicyclehorns, megaphones & electronics with collective In Modo Plastico). Since 2011 she composes and performs adventurous popsongs with voice and live electronics in trio Daisy Bell. |
